*Students who do not submit proof of personal health insurance by the deadline will be enrolled in and billed for the USC Student Health Insurance Policy

*I-20 (Visa) is a fee required for all international students to enter the country with an F/1 (student visa)

Definitions

Tuition

Instructional costs. 4-Week course tuition is based on the USC standard tuition rate for the 3 units of university elective credit awarded.

Lab Fee

Course materials, textbooks, and field study expenses. All materials will be provided to students.

Program Fee

Social and recreational activities, as well as some administrative expenses.

Room & Board

Shared room in residence hall, three meals a day in the University dining hall, meals on academic field trips, and two meals on Saturdays before non-academic field trips. Commuter meal plan is not offered.

Student Health Center

Estimated mandatory student health center fee for access to the University Park Student Health Center. Required for all enrolled students.

Cancellation and Refunds

All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Application fees or deposits are non-refundable. Any tuition paid to the university will be refunded if processed before the university withdrawal date. The university will not refund tuition, room & board, or any other program fees for Summer Programs students dismissed from the program or unable to enter the country due to an improper visa.
